My first publication presents a comparison of different reconstruction methods for the compressed sensing of the photoplethysmogram (PPG).  The purpose of this paper was to determine the best way to reconstruct the PPG for future work. It was presented in 2013 at the International Conference on Sampling Theory and Applications, in Bremen, Germany.

My second publication presents a novel algorithm for locating each beat in the photoplethysmogram (PPG) with unparalleled temporal accuracy, using the wavelet transform. It was presented in 2013 at the Signal Processing in Medicine and Biology Symposium (SPMB), in Brooklyn, NY.
